We’ve been honored to represent a lot of people in motorcycle accident cases. And there’s one in mind that I have that I personally handled where a gentleman was, was driving and unfortunately a car came out from a driveway, caused him to lose control, crash his bike, lay down his bike, and suffer really serious injuries. And the insurance company out the gate was trying to point the finger at our client and say that he was responsible and pulling all these tricks outta their hat to try to say that he shouldn’t be compensated the full amount of the insurance policy, which honestly wasn’t really even enough to compensate him for his injuries. But it’s our job to get the most that we can. But we worked really hard. We interviewed witnesses, we interviewed neighbors, interviewed people in the area who perhaps had noticed some patterns of the defendant driver in the past ultimately put the case together, fought heartedly, able to get the maximum insurance policy for our client, and he was just so grateful. He’s such a great guy. I still hear from him to this day and it’s just something that we’re really proud of.
