Lizzy DePalma serves as the Digital Operations Manager at Richmond Vona, where she leads operational strategy and technology-driven process development across the firm. With years of prior experience as a personal injury paralegal, Lizzy brings firsthand knowledge of case management and legal operations to her current role, allowing her to bridge the gap between what the firm needs and what technology can deliver.
As one of the firm’s longest-standing team members, Lizzy’s transition from paralegal to digital operations was a natural one. She now focuses on improving the systems, workflows, and technologies that support both the firm and its clients. By combining case management experience with operational insight, she collaborates with developers to create scalable solutions that leverage AI-powered tools, automation, and integrated technologies to reduce administrative burden and move cases toward resolution more effectively.
Lizzy also manages the firm’s case support team, which works closely with paralegals and case managers to handle high-volume workflow, follow-ups, and file management throughout a case’s life cycle. This allows the legal teams to spend more time serving clients.
Outside of work, Lizzy and her husband Brian are passionate about community outreach, particularly initiatives supporting veterans, children, and animals. They are proud Buffalo supporters and enthusiastic Bills and Sabres fans. Lizzy is an avid rescue advocate with two rescue cats, Leo and Sunny, and a dog, Maverick.
