Libby Kamieniarz joined Richmond Vona in 2026 as the firm’s Human Resources Manager, bringing 13 years of strategic human resources experience across manufacturing, law, IT, and property management. She focuses on building the operational and people systems that allow Richmond Vona’s attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service.
Originally from Amherst, New York, Libby earned her Associate degree in HR Management from Trocaire College in 2015. Throughout her career, she has worked to strengthen organizational cultures, implement effective HR practices, and help companies become places where people want to work. Her work earned recognition as a Buffalo’s Business First 30 Under 30 recipient.
At Richmond Vona, Libby manages hiring, team development, and the operational infrastructure that keeps cases moving and people supported. She believes that strong internal operations directly translate to better client outcomes and better treatment of the people serving those clients.
Libby is committed to giving back to her community and spending time with family, whether working on jigsaw puzzles or enjoying a gaming session with those she cares about. She is proud to bring her experience in building effective teams to Richmond Vona’s mission of standing up for injury victims across Western New York.
