Kiarra Beshaw joined Richmond Vona in 2026 as the firm’s Marketing Project Manager, supporting brand development, strategic marketing initiatives, and cross-functional execution. She focuses on driving thoughtful, growth-oriented projects that strengthen the firm’s presence while reflecting its commitment to standing up for injury victims across Western New York.
Originally from Lockport, New York, Kiarra served as Co-President of her class at Lockport High School before earning her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Canisius University. During her senior year, she studied in New York City at the Fashion Institute of Technology as a visiting student from Canisius, earning an accelerated Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Fashion Business Management and working backstage at New York Fashion Week shows. She later earned her MBA with a concentration in Global Supply Chain Management from Canisius University.
Throughout her career, Kiarra has supported organizational growth through strategic marketing initiatives, partnership development, and cross-functional collaboration across venture capital, healthcare supply chain, and automotive industries. She brings a strong ability to manage complex projects while aligning brand strategy with measurable results.
