Rebecca Postek joined the Richmond Vona team in 2026 with a singular focus: advocating for injured individuals and helping them rebuild after life-changing accidents. A lifelong Buffalo native, Rebecca was born and raised in Western New York and is proud to serve the community that shaped her.
Rebecca’s path to becoming a personal injury attorney began long before law school. In 2013, she started working at a local plaintiff’s personal injury firm, where she gained hands-on experience supporting injured clients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Seeing firsthand the impact that dedicated legal representation can have inspired her to pursue a law degree so she could advocate for clients in an even greater capacity.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Buffalo and went on to graduate cum laude from the University at Buffalo School of Law. While in law school, Rebecca distinguished herself academically and competitively, earning the Robert J. Connelly Trial Technique Award and multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. She also represented her law school in national and international mediation competitions and served as a student mediator, further strengthening her negotiation and advocacy skills.
Rebecca understands that after an accident, clients are often overwhelmed and uncertain about what comes next. She treats every client with care, respect, and compassion, guiding them through the legal process while fighting tirelessly against insurance companies to secure the compensation they deserve.
