The settlement value of a premises liability case is very similar to most other cases. It’s going to involve what the nature of your pain and suffering is, what the nature of your diagnoses are, the length and volume of the treatment that you received.

Beyond the actual bodily injury parts of it, an injured person in a premises liability case can also make claims for economic damages.
