It is really important to us that every single client who puts their trust in us receives the best possible representation. And we think that we’re able to do that. Number one, by having amazing people. We have amazing lawyers, amazing paralegals, amazing legal assistants, amazing people all around. And we think that’s really important for us. That’s ultimately how we can ensure, or the first way we can ensure how we’re delivering this highest level of service by constantly pushing our teams, having a lot of systems and processes, and honestly just rules about client contact and how frequently people need to be contacted and how we force ourselves to never take less than what our clients deserve. And we have a lot of meetings and a lot of free flow of information and dedicated teams to clients. And that will never change as the demand increases, which we’re humbled by, we’ll bring in more team members and people who can continue to raise the level of service and will constantly seek perfection. Knowing we can’t be perfect, but if you seek perfection, hopefully we can achieve excellence.
