A graduate of Albany Law School, Joshua F. Scrivani joined Richmond Vona in 2021. Josh focuses his legal practice on representing those seriously injured due to the negligence of others. He has experience in a variety of personal injury cases, including, but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, injuries on property, and construction accidents. Josh proudly handles each of his cases from intake to trial.
Prior to joining Richmond Vona, Josh worked at another local personal injury law firm. It was there that he developed his unwavering passion for helping his seriously injured clients achieve the best possible results. Josh understands the unique hardships endured by each of his clients, and prides himself on his personal approach to every case.
Josh grew up in the City of Buffalo with his mom, dad, brother, and sister. He is a third-generation graduate of Canisius High School and Canisius College. While at Albany Law School, Josh had the unique experience of working for the Domestic Violence Prosecution Hybrid Clinic, where he sought justice for victims of domestic abuse. After graduating from law school in 2016, Josh briefly worked in the public sector, before beginning his career as a personal injury attorney.
Josh enjoys spending time with family and rooting for the Buffalo Bills. He currently resides in North Buffalo with his fiancé Elena and their young son Enzo.
