“Here at Richmond Vona, one of our more important shared values is really a dedication to being professionals. I think it’s one of the great things that John and Keith have done here because I think the strength of working as a team is better than the individuals. From the other paralegals who’ve worked at other law firms, they all say that attorneys are so private and doors are always closed, and they don’t involve them in decisions that they’re making on cases. Here, it’s not like that at all. Truly, everyone cares about everyone genuinely, and not just the product of the work that we do.

This firm is everything, and we’re striving to build a different culture than what is traditionally known in firms, and it’s working. The team atmosphere includes everybody. I’ve never been in a firm or career path I’ve chosen in the past that has been more welcoming and more willing to help break down anything that you need. Meeting as a team allows us to get better results for our clients, and that makes everybody happier.
