So here at Richmond, we are proud of our experience representing people injured in trucking accidents. And you know, in any case, it’s really important to understand that the toll emotionally, mentally, psychologically that these accidents can have on your clients. And I think back to a trucking accident case that me and Keith handled where somebody was extremely seriously and permanently injured as a result of a tractor-trailer jacknifing in bad weather and hitting him headon. And we spent just an incredible amount of time with this person to really understand not just how his physical injuries were impacting him and his family, but what he was going through mentally, the toll that it was taking on him. One second, he’s a really active family man, who’s proud to go to work every day and support his family. And the next second he can barely walk, he’s never going to work again, and he has to worry about how he’s going to take care of his family. And that’s obviously extremely stressful. So getting to know him so well, and honestly, we became very close with him. We are to this day really helped us fight for him so that we could really communicate to the other side this is what our client is going through and also make sure that we got him the right treatment that we weren’t just sending him to doctors for his physical injuries but for his uh mental and emotional stress as well and I think it’s just so important and something that we pride ourselves on here is really getting to understand fully how this accident, especially a trucking accident, is affecting our client so we can get them the most money possible.
