How do you build trust with each client?

 Building trust with each and every client is of the utmost importance to us at Richmond Vona. And that’s because we need clients to understand that we are really here for them to fight for them or in their corner. And we need to have their trust because they need to open up to us. We need to know every little detail. We need to know how this has impacted them, how it’s impacting their families. And we really can’t do that. And clients won’t open up unless they trust us. And we earn their trust from the beginning or start earning their trust from the beginning through really high level communication, transparency, assigning them to a dedicated team who is in the best position for their type of case to get them the best result and showing them along the way over and over again, hey, we really care about you. We’re in your corner. We’re going to take on this fight for you while you focus on getting better. And we will do whatever it takes to continue to earn that trust to help you in any way we can, both with your legal case and oftentimes outside your legal case. So that when we get to the end of the line and hopefully there’s a settlement offer being made, you could trust us and you know that we really have your best interest in mind and that we wouldn’t steer you in the wrong direction.
