Director of Operations

Michael joined Richmond Vona as Director of Operations in 2023. Before joining the Richmond Vona team, Michael worked in conservation and outdoor education, primarily in support roles managing personnel and implementing human resources. After nearly a decade living in Utah, Michael decided it was time to return home to Western New York and bring his experience and expertise to a new industry.

His desire to do work that is directly helping those in need led him to Richmond Vona, where he is able to support our teams and help drive us in our efforts to be an industry leader in both client and team member experience.

Michael is committed to creating a culture and environment where all team members feel supported and know that their needs are met so that they can focus on providing the best possible experience to clients.

When he’s not at work, Michael enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, and anything else outdoors. He and his partner, Catherine, also love cooking together and exploring all the fantastic restaurants Western New York has to offer.
