Kristopher A. Schwarzmueller

Born and raised in Western New York, Kristopher A. Schwarzmueller graduated from The University at Buffalo School of Law in 1999. After twenty-four years of exclusively representing individuals injured due to negligence at two other prominent personal injury law firms, Kris joined the Richmond Vona team in 2023.

Kris has extensive experience handling all aspects of serious personal injury and wrongful death matters including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction site accidents, nursing home negligence, trucking accidents, and railroad accidents.  He has resolved several multi-million-dollar cases including a 2025 award of over four million dollars. 

Kris’s litigation skills have also been recognized by his peers. From 2015 through 2025, he has been recognized by Super Lawyers, a distinction provided to only 5% of attorneys throughout the State. Kris has also been included in the 2023-2026 editions of Best Lawyers in America.
