Our clients, husband and wife, were on a motorcycle traveling straight with right of way when vehicle pulls out of parking lot directly into their path causing major collision. Both sustained significant injuries and were out of work for some time. This was an example of a recurring instance we see- drivers failing to yield or notice motorcycles. We had to move quick in light of our clients being disabled from work but still needing to pay their bills. We also did a ton of work in resolving outstanding medical bills in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, in addition to the settlement.
