Our client was a passenger in a golf cart driven by a business associate. The cart came to a sudden stop without braking input from driver. Our client sustained neck and low back injuries, which resulted in a non-adjacent cervical fusion and conservative therapy for low back. The settlement was ultimately paid by the insurance carrier for the sports management company which operated and maintained the golf course for the owner.
