How do you communicate progress and setbacks to your clients in a way that keeps them assured and updated?
From the second you hire our law firm, we take communication very seriously. It starts with the onboarding process where we spend a lot of time with you, where you meet your team, where you can communicate the way in which you would like to receive updates, how frequently you would like to receive updates. For us, you are definitely going to receive updates no matter what. At least once a month, but probably quite a bit more. We will send you updates via text message, via email. we will call you, whatever you prefer or a combination.
We make sure that every step of the way through the case, you know exactly what’s happening. We make sure whether it’s good or bad, you know it the second that we know it. We explain to you how we’re going to handle it and that we hold your hand throughout the entire process. One of the biggest complaints we hear from clients who maybe have had experiences or know people have had experiences at personal injury firms is that they felt like they were in the dark. You will never feel like you’re in the dark at our firm. You’ll always know what’s going on. And if anything, you’ll accuse us of communicating too much.
