When a new client calls our firm, we take that really seriously. We’re humbled, the fact that you took some time out of your day to call us, and you’re immediately putting your trust in us. First off, it’s totally confidential. Any consultation we have is totally confidential, 100% free. You don’t owe us anything, and you should expect to talk to somebody who’s empathetic, who tells you that you’ve called the right place, assuming that you’re calling about a personal injury case and somebody who’s going to express urgency to help you. Okay? No pressure tactics, but somebody who really actually wants to help you, and you can hear it in their voice. Somebody who’s really empathetic, really compassionate, and then you expect to talk to an attorney. And if you hire us, you should expect to immediately meet with your team, not just the attorney, but the paralegals, the legal assistants assigned to your case. They can understand how you like being communicated with, how frequent you’d like communication, and we prefer very frequent communication to keep people up to speed. You should expect really hands-on approach, high levels of accountability, and really high level communication from the second you call us.
