Nichole “Nici” Herr brings over 10 years of experience in financial leadership and law firm operations. She has built her career around budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and strategic planning, consistently helping organizations streamline operations and strengthen financial performance. Known for her practical, team-focused approach, Nici is passionate about using data and collaboration to support sustainable growth and smart decision-making.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College at Brockport, State University of New York.Outside of work, Nici enjoys traveling—especially to the Caribbean islands—practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends. She’s a proud supporter of the Buffalo Bills and enjoys everything Buffalo has to offer, from its numerous festivals to outdoor concerts.
